Rehearsals & Auditions

We currently hold rehearsals on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7.30pm until 9.30pm at Lantern Methodist Church, Griffiths Road, Wimbledon.



Prospective members are welcome to drop into these rehearsals, with the director's permission, to meet us and find out what we get up to. Or just come to one of our auditions, which are always open to non-members. Full details can be found on our Auditions page.

 

Travelling by Train, Tube or Tram

Southern, South Western Railway and Thameslink trains all serve Wimbledon. You can plan your journey by train at Trainline.

District line tube trains from Upminster and Edgware Road terminate at Wimbledon station.

​

Trams from Beckenham Junction, Elmers End and New Addington (change at East Croydon) terminate at Wimbledon station.

Once at Wimbledon station, leave by the main entrance, turn left and walk down The Broadway for about 10 minutes, turn right onto Montague Road and then left onto Griffiths Road. Lantern Methodist Church is on the corner of Griffiths Road and Merton Road (not the building Google Maps has its marker on).

 

Travelling by Bus

London bus routes 57, 93, 131, 156, 163, 164, 200, 219, 493 & N87 all serve Wimbledon. You can plan your journey by bus at TfL.

 

Travelling by Car
Griffiths Road is easily accessible by car and parking spaces are available in surrounding streets though some are for permit holders only.

 

We usually perform at the Studio at New Wimbledon Theatre, The Broadway, Wimbledon, SW19 1QG.
